Cancel within 24 hours

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing: contact@zomario.com.

After 24 hours, we may be unable to cancel if your order is already in processing or prepared for shipment.

If your order has already shipped

If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You can still return the items after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
